Parchment Fellows will work with success coaches at TILBM to not only get connected with career mentors in the students fields of interest, but learn how to find mentors on their own, making them self-reliant and able to network with intent.

TILBM will host workshops that tackle diverse concepts and subjects such as personal finance, project management, resume-development, strategic networking, critical thinking, and leadership, focusing on ways to translate these concepts into real-world applications that the students can immediately employ in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
