o Provide high school students with guidance for applying to community colleges and universities, offering secondary opinions on advice received from campus and college counselors.
o Connect students with relevant college personnel who can give them further direction on their academic goals.
o Assist the students to find local scholarship opportunities and help students connect with community organizations that can coach them on how to raise funds for trade school or college.
o Assist the students to avoid student debt at all costs.
o Identify ways to best-support the students.

o Maintain and grow existing guest speaker relationships, developing new ways for the speakers to feel engaged with the program and excited to share more time in the future.
o Find and recruit new guest speakers to educate the students on select topics such as leadership, finance, and college success strategies.
o Host and moderate virtual, in-class guest speaking sessions traditionally held during the fall semesters at partnered ISDs.
o Assist in the development of educational content relevant to internal operations.
o Review and edit written content produced by the TILBM team prior to being publicly released or shared with state-based partners.

o Maintain and grow existing career mentor relationships, developing new ways for the mentors to feel engaged with the program, excited to serve its students, and eager to continue working with Parchment.
o Find and recruit new career mentors.
o Assist with career mentorship introductions, meeting scheduling, and student engagement.
